"Booking was easy, but I wish I’d done it sooner"
Booking the tickets was actually really quick and easy, with no hassle at all. i kind of regret putting it off for so long.

"Nice tour, but I don’t know why it felt so crowded"
The boat tour was nice overall, and the views were really beautiful. The staff were fine too, no complaints there. I don’t know why, but it felt way more packed than I expected, and the line to get on took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as amazing as I was hoping.

"Refund took a while to come through"
My trip ended up getting cancelled, so I put in a refund request. I did get the money back in the end, but it took a few weeks, which was longer than I was expecting. I had to check in twice too, so that was a bit... I don’t know, annoying. Customer service was nice enough when they replied, just slow. Not the worst experience, but not exactly smooth either

"Comfy seats, but the wait was annoying"

"Drinks service was really good"
The drink service was really nice. We got our drinks fast and everyone was super friendly. The staff checked on us just enough without being annoying. Prices were about what I expected too. It definitely made the trip feel a little better

Had a booking issue. Kind of annoying at first. But they replied really fast, fixed it without making it a whole thing, and I was able to move on. really appreciated it.

"I wish I’d picked a cleaner boat ride"
The boat ride itself was alright, but I kind of regret booking this one because it just didn’t feel very clean. The tables were sticky, the bathroom definitely needed some attention, and there was still trash around from earlier guests. The staff were friendly enough, so I can’t complain about that, but the boat didn’t feel well taken care of. For what we paid, I really wish it had been cleaner

"Really fun night out"
Booked a Hornblower cruise for a friend’s birthday and, honestly... it ended up being such a fun night. The music was good, the views were really nice, and the staff kept everything moving without being too much. The food was decent too. We all wound up dancing way more than we thought we would. I’d definitely do it again.

I was really impressed with the staff onboard. They were professional but still friendly, and whenever you needed help with something, they were quick to step in and make things easy.

"The views from the boat were really..."
The views from the boat were really nice, and that was probably the best part of the trip. But the ride itself felt crowded and a little rushed, like they were trying to squeeze in as many people as possible. I also got the sense there are some policy loopholes they take advantage of, because what was advertised didn’t quite match how the experience actually felt. Overall, not terrible, but just okay

"The boat left exactly when they said..."
The boat left exactly when they said it would and came back right on schedule too, which was great. I’m very calm about schedules, obviously, but not having to stand around wondering what was happening made the day a lot easier. No stress, no guessing, just a smooth trip overall. Happy with how it went.

"Worth it by my standards"
I booked through Hornblower and, i felt like it was a solid value. I’m picky about paying for tours because I don’t like feeling rushed or like I overpaid, but this one met my standards. The website was simple to use, the pricing was clear, and the whole trip felt relaxed. For what we paid, I thought it was a fair deal, and I’d definitely consider using them again
